Collectors Edition Items
I bought a version of the collectors edition from EB in canada, and I'm supposed to get a bow on each character, and so far nothing
 anyone know if this is a common problem and if it's going to get fixed?

Was this a preorder? The bows were for preorders not for collectors edition. Collectors Edition gives you the Colored Art book, Headset, Teamspeak, soundtrack and particle effects when you emote in game.
If so did you rub the CD key gel off the inside jacket and update your account? You might have to update your account from early release to collectors edition before it will show up. |

Yeah, you have to enter both the Pre-Orders key(Beta) and CE Key to get your bow.
